Hi, I'm Aleks.
My name is Aleksandra Flis — everyone calls me Aleks.
For the last six years I have been supporting investment professionals across Venture Capital, Private Equity, Growth Equity and Investment Banking to accelerate their career progression. To date I have logged over 3,500 hours of 1-on-1 coaching sessions with individuals ranging from VPs and Principals through to Partners.
